I have been a long standing customer for years with 599fashion.com and have bought up to over 1,000 of merchandise over the years. They will pay for shipping and free returns ONLY if you send back within 7 days. I was out of town and told this company I was out of town. When I came back the item was actually received 5 days prior to when I came home and they gave me 2 days after coming back to submit the request to send anything back. I sent in my request to send items back the same week and they refused to do a free return since it was not in the 7 days from when the item was received ( when I was not even here) and after I told them I was not at my home and out of town and I even wrote them about this when I pay for the items and specifically asked for a grace period. They said due to policy they could not do anything and I can return the item but have to pay for shipping myself and there is going to be 20% stocking fee on top of this. I will NEVER by from them again and would strongly recommend you do not consider working with this company. HORRIBLE customer service.

I ordered from 599 fashion mostly out of curiosity and because the YouTube videos claimed it was clothing of good quality even for the price. I ordered 4 shirts and a pair of jean leggings. I was very disappointed when I inspected the clothing to find holes in the shirts on the side seams, and the zipper was broken on the jean leggings

I placed my order on Monday, 5/12, everything seemed to be going fine, I received my shipping information and it stated my order was in Detroit.....They are in Cali and I am in Georgia, so I thought it was a little weird, but didn't question it. I check this morning and now it's being shipped internationally and is currently in CANADA. I live in GEORGIA, IN THE USA. I know for a fact that once a shipment goes international with USPS, there's no stopping it or turning it around so unless my order is going to go around the world then come back to Georgia, I guess my $150+ order is gone.......and 599 will probably reply to this (IF THEY REPLY TO IT) and say something like "once we get the merchandise back we will refund/reship blahblahblah" i don't want my stuff refunded or reshipped, i want the items i originally ordered IN THE TIME FRAME I ORDERED IT which will probably be out of stock now because it's been 6 days. Great. Everyone please just buy from 10dollarmall.com. Everything is $10 or less. It is about $4 more expensive but it is still dirt cheap. I ordered some stuff from them same day I ordered from 599fashion and received my stuff on Friday, 05/15 which was only THREE DAYS, when I paid $6 for regular shipping. 599fashion shipping is SO EXPENSIVE for NO REASON. Also, the quality for 10dollarmall.com is EXCELLENT. I ordered bottoms and shoes from 10dollarmall (also a dress which I really love because it is so full and durable) and tops from 599fashion. I spent the same amount at both online stores, over $150. 599fashion sucks, and if they can't get me my package or send me the same exact items I ordered within the time frame they promised, I'm disputing the charges on my card and will just get my money back that way instead of waiting for them to SLOWLY refund me. Currently waiting on 12 pm to hit so I can call their customer service and ask them what they plan to do about my shipment. Seriously, CUT YOUR LOSSES AND SHOP AT 10DOLLARMALL.COM. THEY HAVE WAYYYY MORE STUFF, WAYYYY CUTER STUFF, RUN OUT OF STOCK LESS (although it still happens because it is such a deal), AND WILL SHIP FASTER FOR WAY LESS. AN EXTRA $4 IS NOTHING WITH ALL THESE BENEFITS CONSIDERING YOU ARE PAYING AN ARM AND A LEG FOR SHIPPING WITH 599FASHION. HONESTLY, BUYING CLOTHES FOR $10 A PIECE IS STILL A STEAL WITH LESS HASSLE."

I purchased the worst clothes from company! I spent $60 in cheap, torn, hole infested clothes. I received my clothes and immediately inspected them. All of the shirts had holes at the seams and the shoes were 2 sizes smaller. I immediately asked for an exchange, they were out of stock..Laughable that anyone would purchase from this store. Let alone sold out. All of their clothes are cheaply made. I advised them I did not need a gift certificate because I would never return to their store again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sent me a reply that no shocker here was a auto rebuttal! Go figure! POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYERS BE WARE DONT SHOP HERE. WORTH SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT KOHLS OR PENNY'S!
